The difference between feeling like a failure to feeling accomplished is one word. Mindset. Two people can respond to the same challenge in different ways. A grown mindset will determine which one will feel accomplished How you see challenges determines how positive you are about your life. No matter what happens, if you have a growth mindset. You will see results as learning opportunities. Not failures. Are you currently dealing with a challenge? Maybe people are not behaving how you want. Maybe things didn’t go your way today. Instead of finding blame. *Accept responsibility. No faults and no complaints. Adopt the growth mindset. Say to yourself “ I can manage this.” Even if right now you don’t how to manage. You will figure it out. The results or outcomes feel negative to you. *Change the label. From negative shift to a positive one. Reframe. Focus on what can you learn from it. Think about how the result will help you in the future. If you still can’t see the positive, consider: *Changing beliefs. Believe that there are no dead ends in life. You just need time.
