How to look at fear.

Fear is our biggest stressor.
We fear a lot of things.
Failing as parent, death, job loss, poverty, rejection, being alone…
Our fears tend about things, we can’t control.
Even if we feel we do.
In reality, we don’t.
A strategy I use for fear, my body.
Connecting with sensations.
The more you understand fear.
The better you become at it.
Fear is a message
Deep worry.
When you feel fear., look at it.
Pay attention.
Become aware of body sensations.
Where do you feel them?
Breathe into the sensations.
Stay with it.
Let fear move through your body.
Breathe.
Stay mindful of sensations as they arise.
Let go of tension.
Relax.
No gripping.
Breathe.
Smile.
Keep smiling.
Breathe.
